How to get your hosting
Email and password. A credit card is not required at any step.
Enter your number and the code from the SMS. After that the phone isn't needed.
You upload a photo of your ID. We won't ask for it again — here or on any other service.
Your ISPmanager account is created right away, with a starter address until you connect your own domain. Upload the files via the panel or FTP.
We don't ask for a card — the identity check replaces it. Large clouds require a card for free access; here no charge is possible at all.
What to know before signing up
Technical support is paid
Tickets to the technical team are charged separately.
Support is real specialist time, and the only way to hand it out for free is to fund it with ads on your sites.
The plan stays free and ad-free, while questions about moving to a VPS and migrating data are always free.
Site email goes through an external service
There is no mail service on the free plan: no mailboxes on your domain and no sending through our servers.
The plan is free, and sending mail through us would be a ready-made spam channel that ruins the reputation of the whole platform.
Contact forms, order emails and password resets all work — just point your CMS at any external SMTP, Gmail included. And the platform stays out of spam lists.
Resources are capped by quotas
512 MB of memory and 5 GB of disk per account.
Hard quotas are exactly what stops one neighbour from eating the whole server.
Predictable performance instead of an «unlimited» plan. Enough for a landing page, a portfolio or a small CMS site.
No SLA, no compensation
We make no uptime commitments on the free plan.
Commitments cost money, and on a free plan they would be a promise with nothing behind it.
We don't sell you a guarantee we don't intend to honour. The infrastructure is the same as our paid VPS — and the guarantees live there.
Why this is free
The first question about free hosting is «where's the catch». We answer with a mechanism, not with promises.
We don't make money on the free plan — it pays for itself differently: some projects outgrow shared resources and move to our VPS, for money and voluntarily.
Most sites will never move, and that's fine: it's how the model works.
No advertising
No banners, no injections into your HTML, no ads in the panel. Easy to verify: open your page source.
No data selling
We don't attach analytics or advertising scripts to your site and don't pass data to third parties.
No time limit
This isn't a trial: there's no countdown, and the plan won't quietly turn into a paid one.
Verified once
We're not vetting you — we're verifying that the account details are real.

The check is performed by a dedicated verification provider.

When it's time for a VPS
Tick what sounds familiar. Two or more — time to move.
- The site started returning 500 and 503 errors
- You're getting notices about memory or CPU quotas
- Consistently more than a thousand visitors a day
- You need to send email from your own domain
- You need your own stack: Node.js, Python, Redis, Docker, background workers
- Long cron jobs don't fit the time limit
- You need technical support without paying per ticket
Two or more ticked — open a free ticket with our sales team. The migration to a VPS is done by our engineers: it's free and doesn't count as a technical support request. Moving up takes nothing away — your account, domains and sites stay yours.
See VPS plansEverything is managed in ISPmanager
An industry-standard panel rather than a stripped-down dashboard: files, databases, domains and certificates where you'd expect them, with no command line.
What runs on it
One-click installation of WordPress and other CMSs will come later — for now you upload your site via the file manager or FTP. All the PHP versions and MySQL are there, so any CMS installs manually in about ten minutes.
Backups run automatically

What you can host here

Commercial sites are allowed: unlike the free plans of some platforms, we don't forbid making money from your project.
If you need PHP, a database and a panel — come to us. If you need a purely static site with no backend, we'll say it honestly: dedicated static hosts will serve you better.
Email: what works and what doesn't
Works
- Contact forms
- Order and signup emails
- Password resets
- CMS notifications
Doesn't work
- Your own mail server
- Direct delivery over port 25
- Bulk mailings
- Mailboxes on your own domain
Email from your site goes out through an external SMTP service — the industry standard and, incidentally, better deliverability. The free tiers of such services are generous enough for a small site, and setup takes about ten minutes.
What isn't hosted here
We check at sign-up and on every report. The full rules are in the service agreement.
How help works here
| Request | Price (support matrix) |
|---|---|
| Knowledge base and documentation | Free |
| Sales ticket: moving to a VPS and data migration | Free |
| Technical ticket about the free hosting | {{SUPPORT_PRICE}} |
| Support on a managed VPS | Included in the plan |
The price of a ticket is visible before you send it. There's no subscription — you pay only when you actually need an engineer.
We removed free technical support in order to keep the free plan itself, rather than turn it into a seven-day trial.
Frequently asked questions about free hosting
The things people ask before signing up: the catch, verification, email, support and moving to a VPS.
Yes. The plan costs €0 and doesn't turn into a paid one. No credit card is needed at sign-up or later, and you'll never be billed. The only paid things are technical support tickets and services you order separately.
No. The plan has no expiration date and no countdown. It's a separate service, not a VPS trial period. Use it for as long as your project needs it.
From paid services: managed VPS, dedicated servers and SSL. Some projects eventually outgrow shared resources and move to a VPS — that's what funds the free plan. Most sites never move to paid, and that's built into the model.
No. We don't place banners, don't inject scripts into your HTML and don't show ads in the control panel. Easy to check: open your page source.
To keep the platform clean. Free hosting is a magnet for phishing and spam farms, and a check at the door makes it worthless to them. In return you get a server where your neighbours passed the same check.
No. The identity check replaces the card rather than adding to it. Large clouds usually require a card for free access — here no charge is possible in the first place.
The check is performed by a dedicated verification provider and the data is processed in the EU. We store the fact that the check passed and a minimal set of fields. The data and retention periods are set out in our privacy policy.
The check happens once and takes a few minutes. After that your ISPmanager account is created automatically — there's no moderator to wait for. We never request your documents again.
3 websites, 5 GB of disk space, 512 MB of memory and 3 databases. Every quota is published on this page and visible in the panel. Resources are allocated per account — you decide how to split them.
You won't be invoiced: a free plan cannot charge you. If you go past the quotas, resources are throttled and we'll suggest moving to a VPS — with free data migration.
Yes. A company site, a landing page, a portfolio, a small shop — all fine, as long as the project is legal and fits the allocated resources. There are no monetisation restrictions, unlike the free plans of some platforms.
Yes, on the free plan and at no extra cost. A subdomain is issued right after sign-up so you can start immediately, and your own domain can be connected at any time — it isn't an upsell.
Yes. A Let's Encrypt certificate is issued in the panel in a couple of clicks and renews automatically. There's no separate charge for HTTPS; certificates with extended validation can be bought in the SSL section if you want one.
ISPmanager — an industry-standard panel rather than a homemade dashboard: file manager, databases, domains, SSL, cron, logs and statistics. No command line needed. You can see the interface before signing up.
Yes, manually: upload the distribution via the file manager or FTP and create a database — about ten minutes. There's no one-click CMS installer at launch; it will come later. The required PHP versions and MySQL are in place.
Yes, automatically and on the free plan — which is rare: most free hosts don't create backups at all. Copies are made on a schedule and stored separately from the site.
Port 25 is closed: it's the route spam takes out of free hosting, and the reputation of every address on the platform suffers for it. Major cloud providers do the same. Email from your site goes through an external SMTP service.
Connect an external SMTP service — there are many, and most have free tiers that are generous enough for a small site. Setup takes about ten minutes and there's a guide in the knowledge base.
Technical support isn't part of the free plan: tickets to the technical team are charged separately, and the price is visible before you send one. The knowledge base and sales tickets about moving to a VPS are free.
Open a free sales ticket — they'll pick a plan and hand the task to our engineers. The migration to our VPS is done by us, free of charge, and doesn't count as a technical support request. Your account, domains and sites stay yours.
Question 01
Is it really free?
Yes. The plan costs €0 and doesn't turn into a paid one. No credit card is needed at sign-up or later, and you'll never be billed. The only paid things are technical support tickets and services you order separately.
Free web hosting is a way to put a project online without paying for a server: you get disk space, PHP, a MySQL database and a control panel, and you either connect your own domain or use a free subdomain. This kind of shared hosting suits landing pages, portfolios, coursework and small company sites — anywhere traffic is still low and a VPS would be premature.
Our free plan differs from most free hosting in three ways. First, no advertising: we don't inject banners into your HTML and don't show them in the panel. Second, automatic backups, which free plans normally don't have at all. Third, a check at sign-up: email, phone and identity. It's slower than «email and go», but phishing and bulk mail don't live on these servers — and those are exactly what ruins the reputation of free platforms.
In return we're upfront about the boundaries. Technical support is paid on the free plan: the knowledge base and questions about moving to a VPS are free. Port 25 is closed, so email from your site goes through an external SMTP service. We make no uptime commitments on the free plan — those live on our managed VPS from €3.20 a month, and we'll migrate your project there for free once it outgrows shared resources.
