What's already configured
The one-click deployment sets up the full stack Nextcloud needs to run: a web server (Apache or Nginx), PHP with the required extensions, and a database (MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL depending on the image). Background jobs — the tasks that handle file scanning, notifications, and scheduled cleanup — are typically configured to run via a system cron job rather than the slower "AJAX" mode. Redis is commonly bundled for file locking and caching on production-ready Nextcloud images, which noticeably improves performance under concurrent access, but confirm this is enabled on your specific plan.
First login
Once deployment completes, open your server's domain or IP address in a browser to reach the Nextcloud login screen. The admin account and initial password are generated automatically during setup and shown in your Leneex dashboard after the install finishes. Log in with those credentials, then head to Settings → Administration to review storage paths, enable the apps you need (Talk, Deck, Collabora), and add your first users.
Command-line access
For deeper administration — resetting a password, running integrity checks, or managing apps from the shell — Nextcloud ships the occ command-line tool, usually run as the web server user from the Nextcloud installation directory. This is also where you'd run maintenance commands during troubleshooting rather than through the web UI.
